Time: 8:30 am, Tuesday 2/14
Location: 59th/58th Avenue c/o Grand Ave not far from St. Stan's
Victim: 22-year old female
Details: Victim was leaving her house to take baby to day care. Noticed a 4-door beige sedan with a male pull up and he began masturbating while looking at her.
- I spoke with Captain Cody, 104th who has Lt. Molloy looking into it.
- 104th crossing guards will be alerted.
- I have already emailed and alerted the 108th and 110th Precincts.
- This man is in a car and could go anywhere!
- If you see anything suspicious call 911 immediately!
- The victim was so shaken she didn't get a good description, license plate #, etc. Please try to get as much info as you can.
