The puppy is in our possession!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS FOR YOUR HELP IN CATCHING THIS HORRIBLE WOMAN AND FOR GETTING THE PUPPY BACK!!!! Police arrested her and got the puppy back from her house! Thank you so much to the police for their helping hand and hard work! THEY CAME SO FAST TODAY!!!!!! Thank you to those who stopped by to watch the video! Couldn't have done it without Facebook!

One more big thank you to the neighborhood we were born and raised in for sticking with us. Because of our good ol neighbors and Facebook we caught the thief. Please be on the look out for her if and when she is released because she obviously could be a threat to anyone. Keep a close on your children and pets. She looked at me and asked how much my baby was and I took that as a threat. It made me very uneasy that a woman who we have living in our neighborhood (59th Ave) so close to our children's schools and the park could do such things. So please continue to stick together and keep your eyes on her. Again, she is short (approx 5'3") She has red hair (dyed) a small mole on her cheek and a big pimple on her eye lid. She has a heavy accent. Her house is right off of 61st street. Before 61st and fresh pond rd meet. The puppy was returned to us and we immediately took him to the vet. He is ok Thank God!

If anyone sees the woman whose picture is posted please call Pet Palace. 718 497-7387. She was last seen by the Holy Cross area. She's Polish, in her 50's, white coat knee length, wearing a beret on her head and pulling a luggage type cart on wheels. Stealing is not ok and the puppy needs care especially Nutrical to prevent hypoglycemic shock. Please keep your eyes open. She walks everywhere but again was last seen by the Holy Cross area last night.

A Comet member followed up with the complainant regarding the incident with the pervert near St. Stan's the other day and asked if her neighbor's camera picked anything up.  Here's what the she said:    Yes we saw the vehicle but could not see the plate. It appeared to be a Dodge Charger with really dark tints & it was a champagne color car. I sent him (Captain Cody) pics & the detectives went to neighbor's house (to check his video camera). So I think they will be checking other cameras in the area. The guy passed more than once too. Scary!

This incident occurred today:  

Hi, I attended the COMET meeting and Capt. Cody said to call 911 if we saw scrap collectors. I was walking today at 71 street and 51st Ave at 12 noon and saw two guys looking into and going into yards looking for metal. I called 911 and explained what Capt. Cody said and they said call 311 which I did.  They were two males I think Hispanic-light skinned about 30 pushing a shopping cart. On 57 Ave they cut the copper wires off the pole and removed the metal plates from the ground leaving a dangerous hazard.

Contrary to what 911 said when the complainants called - these are both 911 jobs.  If you recall, 911 told the complaint who called about the pervert to call the precinct.  If you see a crime in progress, or the crime occurred less than 3 minutes in the past - it is a 911 job.  If an operator gives you a hard time, hang up and call back - hopefully you'll get an operator that knows what they're doing.  If not, demand to speak to a supervisor!  Try to provide as much info as possible, i.e. description of person, car, plate #, etc.

Location:  59th/58th Avenue c/o Grand Ave not far from St. Stan's
Victim:  22-year old female
Details:  Victim was leaving her house to take baby to day care.  Noticed a 4-door beige sedan with a male pull up and he began masturbating while looking at her.

• I spoke with Captain Cody, 104th who has Lt. Molloy looking into it.
• 104th crossing guards will be alerted.
• I have already emailed and alerted the 108th and 110th Precincts.
• This man is in a car and could go anywhere!
• If you see anything suspicious call 911 immediately!
• The victim was so shaken she didn't get a good description, license plate #, etc.  Please try to get as much info as you can.
