DSNY Queens West 5 said they have four trucks out picking up recycling but there's no guarantee everyone's recycling will be picked up. THERE WILL BE NO TRASH PICKUP TODAY. If your recycling hasn't been picked up by this afternoon, bring it in and put it out next week. Your trash can be put out Friday night for a Saturday pickup.

Hi All,
Once again, I'm sending the link that lets you track your snowplow and determine whether or not your street or the streets in the area where you where you work have been plowed. Please remember not to throw snow in the street and take breaks when shoveling.

I called DSNY Queens West 5 about trash and recycling pickups for tomorrow, Wednesday, and the person I spoke with said they won't know until tomorrow. Since they sometimes pick up the trash/recycling after midnight, I suggest you put everything out tonight. Whatever isn't picked up by early afternoon on Wednesday, I suggest you bring your trash pack onto your property rather than having it buried in snow. If they don't pick it up, I'll try to get more definitive answers after the plowing is completed.
Stay safe and healthy!
