I received the minutes from Community Board 4 (CB 4) and thought you might be interested in the following:
85-08 57th Avenue - Waiver of GCL Section to permit the construction of six four-story three-family homes within the bed of a mapped but unbuilt portion of Haspel Street.
Approval of the application was granted subject to the applicant acquiring comment letters from the Department of Transportation and Fire Department.
CB 4 voted 26 in favor, 3 opposed with 0 abstentions. CB 4 did not believe the application warranted a Public Hearing.
