In response to the large number of community complaints about the loud, low flying planes flying over our community oftentimes one or two minutes apart, Assembly Member Marge Markey has been able to arrange a meeting for us with the Port Authority at Maspeth Town Hall, 53-37 72nd Street, Wednesday, November 6th at 7:00 pm.
If you are affected by the noise, it is imperative that you attend to let your voice be heard - there's strength in numbers! As I'm typing this email, the planes are flying over constantly. Let's act now to put a stop to it!! Please mark your calendars and pass this along to others in the community.
