Good afternoon,
We would like to inform you on an incident that took place earlier this morning. At approximately 5:45 am this morning, officers responded to a call for shots fired at Cypress Hills Street and Jackie Robinson Parkway, on Cypress Hills Street. This incident originated in the confines of the 75 Precinct, before ultimately ending in the 104 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed a male victim who had been shot. The victim stated he was driving North on Cypress Hills Street, when a 2019 White Acura Sedan, Pennsylvania Plate LVP9801 pulled up next to the victim's vehicle and stated "why did you cut me off I will light you up" then proceeded to fire approximately 4-6 shots at the vehicle, with one bullet grazing the victim in the back. The White Acura then fled the scene and the victim was treated for his injury. This incident is currently under investigation, if anyone has information please contact the 104 Precinct.
