On Saturday 9/12 at approximately 8:30 PM, 3 people were crossing the LIE at Hamilton Place in the marked crosswalk with the Walk Signal, and were struck by a gray Infinity Q50 with NY plates, which fled the location. The 3 males were in their early thirties (one resides in Cometland on 66 Street, one resides in Flushing and the other in Jamaica) and sustained cuts, bruises, pain and swelling to the arms, legs and torso.
104 Precinct units responded and ascertained the plate was registered to an address in Middle Village (61-00 block of 69th Lane). They knocked on the door and the perpetrator (Anthony Milcetic, MW/24) admitted to leaving the scene, knowing there were injuries. He was subsequently arrested.
