Grand Avenue @ Remsen Place, 6:00 pm tonight a female had her purse snatched. The perpetrator fled on a bicycle. The female cannot identify the perpetrator. If you live in the area, check your cameras!!!

Hi All,
I was told there were three robberies/attempted robberies yesterday in the vicinity of 71/Grand Avenue around 9:30 pm. I called the 104th and didn't get much info since the investigation is ongoing.
One victim was a male Asian, the perpetrators patted him down but got no money. The second victim was female and the third victim was male. I don't know if anything was taken from them.
The only info about the perpetrators I was given is that it was four males. No ages, no descriptions, etc. at this time.
We also had a commercial burglary on 69th Street/52nd at 3:00 am-3:30 am this morning. Two tablets and an iPad were stolen.
If any of you live in the immediate vicinity of these incidents, look at your cameras. It's possible the perpetrators could have walked down one of the side blocks.
If you see something suspicious, call the 104th Precinct Squad immediately.
In the meantime, don't carry a lot of cash and keep your cell phones out of sight. Be aware of your surroundings at all times! Be safe!
