Captain Wachter, 104th Precinct, said they arrested a male black 35 years of age who was walking into backyards near 60-xx 53rd Street yesterdayafternoon. He wants to alert the neighbors to remain alert regarding people walking into rear yards. Keeping Maspeth Safe.
Captain Mackie, 104th Precinct, sent an email last night at about 9:30 pm to confirm that shots were fired on the street at 4-51 Grandview Avenue. Two shell casings were recovered. The 104th is conducting an investigation. He said there is no indication anyone was struck. Possibly three male blacks involved with white t-shirts and dreadlocks heading westbound on Himrod Street. He said he'll keep us advised.
