On Thursday, December 4, 2014 at approximately 3:40 pm in front of 74-08 Grand Avenue a male white age 30's, wearing a gray sweater, tan pants and operating a tan sedan was observed performing a lewd act inside of his vehicle. The unknown male fled via vehicle in an unknown direction.
A canvass of the area yielded negative results. Precinct personnel will be patrolling this area until further notice.
