There's a high probability that this work will disturb rodent nests so you need to take proper action as soon as the project begins. Keep in mind that mice and rats can travel, so if you live within several blocks of this ongoing project, be prepared. I'm sending this to all of you so you can pass this on to friends and relatives in the area!!

Forgot to mention - Crooks like to take advantage of projects such as this. They try to gain entry into you home by telling you they're from the utility company and need to check gas/electric or whatever. DO NOT let them in unless you call company to confirm!!! If they're persistent, call the police!!!
