While you're securing your home, don't forget to secure your garage and shed. Captain Mastronardi, 104th Precinct, wants folks to know that someone unsuccessfully attempted to break into a garage last night. This occurred at 62-xx 79th Street. Apparently he was unsuccessful because the property owner had a good lock on the door.
This is most likely not part of our burglary pattern, but don't forget that there are some people out there looking for quick money. Tools, for example, are easy to sell.
