Borough President's office looking to address overgrown weed locations

Dear Queens Civic Association member:

Please note that our September meeting will be taking place on Monday, September 18th at 6:00pm via Zoom. More information about the meeting topic and agenda will be shared later this week.

A request: Recently, many Queens constituents have been bringing to our attention medians throughout the borough that have issues of overgrown grass or weeds that are not being taken care of.

I will be compiling a list of locations across the borough that we will request to be addressed.

Your help is needed: Please share pictures, locations, and addresses of medians in Queens which have issues of overgrown grass and/or weeds. We will be collecting addresses and pictures for the next 30 days or so. Please feel free to spread the word, folks can reach out to me directly at any time, feel free to share my contact info.
