We have conducted graffiti cleanups the past few weeks as well as a homeless outreach operation too. 
Please let us know if there are any other concerns.

42-xx 82 Street- Noise complaint (1st PLATOON)Recent Crimes
5/2/20 BURGLARY- 40-25 Forley Street, "PRONTITO" (1st PLATOON)
PERP(S) ENTERED BUSINESS BY BREAKING GLASS DOOR AND DID REMOVE A CASH REGISTER AND $1500 USC

5/4/20 ROBBERY-76-xx Woodside Avenue, (3rd PLATOON)
PERP(S) ENGAGED CV IN A VERBAL DISPUTE AND THEN DID PUNCH THE CV IN THE HEAD AND REMOVE $27 USC 

PLEASE BE ADVISED OF:

BURGLARY PATTERN 40:  COMMERCIAL BURGLARIES OF THE SAME LOCATION 89-30 QUEENS BOULEVARD. PERP(S) GAIN ENTRY BY SMASHING WINDOWS WITH A BRICK AND TARGET CASH REGISTER.

BURGLARY PATTERN 30:  COMMERCIAL BURGLARIES WHERE THE PERP(S) WILL THROW A STONE/BRICK THROUGH WINDOW TO GAIN ENTRY.

ROBBERY PATTERN 26: PERP(S) APPROACH C/V ON STREET AND FORCIBLY REMOVE C/V'S PROPERTY INCLUDING KEYS.  PERPS DESCRIBED AS TWO MB /MH 15 YEARS OLD.

51-xx Van kleeck street- Social distancing not being followed
72-xx 41 avenue- Complaint of smoking at location
45-xx 83 street- Social distancing not being followed as well as drinking
81-xx Baxter avenue- Social distancing not being followed 

QUALITY OF LIFE & COMMUNITY COMPLAINTS

57 Avenue and 80 Street- complaint of mobile homes being parked on 57 Avenue between 74 Street and 80 Street.  If you survey the area and see a mobile home parked, you can mark the tires and issue a summons after 24 Hours if the vehicle is still at the location. (Street storage of Mobile Homes; Code: 99, 4-08 (m)(8)) **we have issued summonses at the location already, please take enforcement action if any violations are observed; ALSO a complaint of commercial trucks being parked overnight at the location.
42-26 81 Street- Blocking the fire hydrant at night (Third and First Platoon)
51-58 Simonson Street-  Intox males at the location in between the alley way between 51-58 Simonson Street and Rear of the Grandstand Bar  (85-35 Grand Avenue), there is ALSO a complaint of overnight commercial parking at this location (After Midnight- 1st platoon)
45 Avenue & Broadway, Complaint of white casino coach buses double parked in front of Moore Homestead Park creating traffic, please survey the location and issue summonses if any violations are observed
75 Street & Roosevelt Avenue Vending, we have received complaints from council member Dromm's office regarding vendors at the location obstructing the sidewalk and crosswalk.  (Oath code F18, AC 17-315(E); Vending within 10 Feet of Crosswalk)
82 Street & Roosevelt Avenue Vending, businesses in the area are complaining that vendors are obstructing the sidewalk at the 82 & Roosevelt intersection. (17-315(E))
Frank O'Connor Park-  Noise Complaint from Exercise groups (starting at 0730 hours, 1st and 2nd platoon)

Homeless Conditions: Please be aware of homeless conditions and encampments, especially within Frank O'Connor Park, O'Connors Tail (78&  Broadway), Elmhurst Park, Grand Avenue, Queens Boulevard subway station, Woodhaven Boulevard & QB (W/B exit ramp); Please let myself or George know if any conditions/encampments are observed

58 Avenue & Seabury Street- Overnight Commercial Parking (1st & 3rd Platoon)
57 and Seabury- Commercial overnight parking (1 & 3 Platoon) Please take enforcement if the vehicles are at the location.
