At T/P/O perp enters commercial location (bodega) displays a box cutter and removes USC from the register- Perp described as 1 M/H 

BUILD THE BLOCK COMPLAINTS 

• Possible illegal massage parlors on Grand Ave and Queens Boulevard. An operation with Buildings Inspections and FDNY were conducted on 4/9 and 4/21.

Homeless Conditions: 
 WHITNEY AVENUE AND 83 STREET - multiple complaints, we've been doing homeless operations at this location and are in the process of getting sanitation involved.  Please keep an eye on this location, any and all directeds are, as always, are greatly appreciated. 

DHS has been notified on a weekly basis.  We are continuing to notify them on a weekly basis.
