Police work at its finest, both patrol officers and the Detective squad of the 110th Precinct arrested a violent criminal. Perpetrator (Mark Albano) was arrested and charged with a homicide and many counts of felony assaults. The perpetrator stabbed his first victim to death on April 23rd in the Grand Avenue subway station. Again, a week later he stabbed a 31 yr old victim, and most recently stabbed and paralyzed another male after getting into an argument with him at an underground gambling den. The last stabbing led the Officers on a dangerous foot pursuit down Grand Avenue and crossing over Queens Blvd before placing him under arrest. The detective squad was later able to interview him, review video, and charge him with the other stabbings.
