We were able to seize 13 vehicles, one individual was arrested and numerous summonses were issued. Respectfully, DI Karam Chowdhury Commanding Officer - 104th Precinct We want to thank the 104th and 108th Precincts for promptly responding to 311 calls about loud music last night at about 10:00 pm. Please remember to check for your mail every day. If you're not going to be home, ask a trusted neighbor to pick it up for you.
Good evening, I hope all is well. I know there have been some concerns about suspicious individuals that have been opening resident's mailboxes during the overnight hours. Tonight, I went door to door from 55th Avenue down to Haspel Street on 84 Street and spoke with numerous residents about this issue. I urged the residents to utilize 311 when applicable and to call 911 for any emergencies. Also, I distributed the mailbox fishing flyer to all the residents on that block. Please feel free to share the flyer with neighbors and other groups as well. I will be in the area covering the surrounding blocks next week. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any other information or concerns. Have a good weekend.
