Quality of Life Teams (Q-Teams)

Our next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on September 8th since the first Monday is Labor Day. We don't want to take up too much time discussing the Q-Teams because we have a lot of catching up to do.

• The Q-Teams will respond to 311 quality of life complaints and non-emergency 911 calls. It's best to leave your name when you call but you can remain anonymous.
•  Four officers will be assigned to each Team. Four officers will work days and four officers will work nights.
• If there's a problem in a particular area of the precinct the Q-Teams from other areas of the precinct can be used to help address the problem.

104th Precinct
The officers will be supervised on day shift by Sgt. Thomas Kelly (10:00 am to 6:00 pm) and Sgt. David Cortes will supervise the night shift (6:00 pm to 2:00 am). The former NCOs for 104 Pct Sector C are PO John Lipori and PO Jonathan Pickett. They will be on the team. 

108th Precinct
The officers on the day shift will be supervised by Sgt. Dominick Batista (10:00 am to 6:35 pm) The night shift will be supervised by Sgt. Umar Mirza (6:00 pm to 2:35 am). 

110th Precinct
In the 110th Precinct, they will be supervised on day shift by Sgt. Steven Unrich (10:00 am-7:00 pm) and Sgt. Evan Mele (6:00 pm-2:00 am). The former NCOs for Sector A, which covers our area of Elmhurst, will not be part of the Team.
