Those of you who attended our COMET meeting last night heard Christina Wilkinson give a brief rundown about some of the proposed zoning changes that will affect all of us. See the attached statement that was prepared by Paul Graziano and read by Christina last night.


Zoning is very complicated and many of you might not have understood some of the terminology. That being said, we have scheduled a special meeting to go over the proposal in order to better explain it. Paul Graziano, Principal of Associated Cultural Resource Consultants,  will be the speaker. Community Board 5 is having a hearing on the Economic Opportunity piece of it on Wednesday.

It's important you know what's planned for the City, your community and, most importantly, your property.
