The 104 Precinct would like to make you aware of an incident that occurred last night, Wednesday, October 23, 2024. At approximately 9:55 pm, there were two males, both 13 years old, subway surfing on the M line, at the Forest Avenue station. Along the train route, between Forest Avenue and Fresh Pond Road, one of the males fell from the top of the train and landed on the roadbed where he was later pronounced deceased. This investigation is currently ongoing, if anyone has information regarding this incident, please contact the 104th Precinct Community Affairs Office.
