Community alert! - car thefts and break-ins

We are concerned about what appears to be an uptick in car thefts and car break-ins in the Maspeth and Middle Village communities. From what we can see, a lot of the activity in Maspeth is near the Elmhurst border. Elmhurst residents should be alert too.

Please do whatever possible to secure your vehicle and please don't leave anything in your car. If you get up during the night, take a minute to look out your window and report any suspicious activity!!
