- The Full Board held a Public Hearing in which it reviewed, and voted to deny a zoning map amendment from M1-1 to R7X/C2-4 and a zoning text amendment to map MIH to facilitate a new 13-story, 263,334 square foot, mixed-use development containing 314 dwelling units and 9,823 square feet of commercial space, is being sought by a private applicant at 78-01 Queens Boulevard in Elmhurst.
