Members of the 104 Precinct responded to a location in the vicinity of 58-XX 58 avenue and arrested a male white 16 years of age for shooting out windows with these 2 weapons. They are CO 2 guns that shoot metal BB pellets. They were also painted all black to appear that they were real. Thanks to the neighbors for alerting us. - Captain Mark Wachter

DI Manson, 110th Precinct, wants to let us know a shooting occurred at 5:00 am this morning on Hoffman Drive at Woodhaven Boulevard. The businessman, who was on his way home, was apparently targeted for a robbery. He was followed by a male black in an SUV who pulled up and ordered him out of his car. The victim did not comply and drove off at which time the perpetrator shot him in the forearm. The victim drove himself to Jamaica Hospital. DI Manson said the investigation is ongoing and anyone with information should call the 110th Precinct at 718-784-5421 and speak with a detective.
