Community alert - Elmhurst groper!

9/10/2014

Hi All,

Please alert your neighbors and tell them that incidents like this need to be reported! If they don't speak English, 911 will connect them with someone who speaks their language.

If for some reason an Asian victim is afraid to call 911, they can email me directly in Chinese and I'll have one of our members translate it and we'll pass it on to the NYPD. They will have an Asian officer speak with them. We will need victim's name, address, phone #, date, time and location of incident. This info is very important so the police know where the incidents are occurring.

This person needs to be caught!

Queens Quiet Skies Rally

9/1/2014

RALLY FLIER With Full Directions

Hi All,

We hope you can take the time to attend this important rally. The noise from the planes affects our quality of life and can affect your health.

Comet has received complaints from folks who have been awakened in the middle of the night by the noise. On some days they fly over our community one minute apart!!

It's time the Port Authority and FAA come up with a solution!

Our elected officials as well as residents from throughout the city and Long Island who are affected by the noise have been invited.

We want to thank Quiet Skies for putting this event together!!

Sunday, September 14th, 1:00 pm at Cunningham Park.
