The 110th Precinct heard your concerns and advised us that the problematic cars along 85th Street were towed. Three were removed from the dead end closer to the LIE and two in the vicinity of 55th Avenue. Below is one of the photos DI Portalatin passed along to us. Great job!! Police responded to a call for an assault with a knife at 69-56 Grand Avenue, Maspeth. Once at the location, responding Officers were approached by a male perpetrator with a knife in hand. Officers were able to subdue the perpetrator and were immediately notified by a witness as to a female victim with multiple wounds about the body. The female victim was removed to a local hospital where she was later pronounced deceased. The male perpetrator was removed to an area hospital for treatment to his injuries.
