In response to complaints raised by COMET members about the graffiti in Elmhurst, we are pleased to announce that on Tuesday, July 12th at 10:00 am, Council Member Karen Koslowitz will be at 57th Avenue/85th Street to kickoff a cleanup of the railroad overpass. Her office was told this is the first extensive cleanup of the bridge in 60 years! Members of the Bethzatha Church will also be attending. We are hopeful to see other locations in Elmhurst cleaned in the near future. I am hopeful that you can attend and support Council Member Koslowitz' efforts.
Please join me for my first Traveling Community Office visit to the Maspeth/Elmhurst community on Tuesday August 24th 3:00 p.m. to 5 p.m Maspeth Town Hall, 53-37 72nd Street Maspeth, NY
